Welcome to our practice! We are pleased to offer in-house benefits to help cover the cost of your oral healthcare. These plans are designed for patients who have no dental insurance. We offer two plan levels - our Traditional Plan or our Perio Maintenance Plan. Dr McCullough and our Hygiene team will determine which category you are best suited for, by evaluating your oral health, and measuring bone levels and pocket depths.
In addition to providing preventative dental health procedures and exams, our plans offer 15% off the cost of all other restorative work - including fillings, crowns and bridge work. We also offer this discount for veneers, sealants, occlusal guards, and periodontal scaling.
Our plans offer significant savings to you. The average cost of traditional cleanings, exams, x-rays, and fluoride, with no insurance coverage, would be over $889 per year; the equivalent Perio Maintenance services would cost more than $1251 per year for 3 cleanings, and is approximately a $1459 for 4 cleanings a year. Offering patient savings of over $400 per year on preventative care alone.
Our plans have no deductible, no yearly maximums, no claim forms to fill out, no pre-existing condition limitations, and offer immediate eligibility.
Exclusions:
This Program is a discount plan and does not cover services that are covered under other insurance - including workman's compensation or auto insurance.
It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with dental insurance
- For the treatment which, in the sole opinion of the treating providers, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization or any kind of hospital charges
- For whitening, Sure Smile, Solea Sleep procedures, sleep devices or products
This plan is honored only at Navarre Dental.
The Benefit Plan is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. The fee for a failed appointment or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice is $75.

- Two cleanings per year
- Comprehensive new patient exam
- One additional exam per year

- Full mouth X-ray (1 every 3 years)
- CBCT X-ray at 50% off = $175 (1 every 3-5 years)
- Bitewing X-rays (1 per year)

-Adult (12 and over) $475.00 plus tax
-Child (Under 12) $399.00 plus tax
Perio Maintenance Plans:
-Adult 3 cleanings per year $749.00 plus tax
-Adult 4 cleanings per year $895.00 plus tax
- Three or four perio maintenance cleanings per year
